WRITERS’ MOTIVATIONAL GROUP
A writers’ group where members report progress, set goals, share resources and advice, and troubleshoot or brainstorm current and future projects. This program is for adults only. We meet Thursdays from 4:30-5:30pm on September 26, October 24, and November 14.
BOOK CLUB FOR ADULTS
The Vicksburg District Library’s Book Club for Adults meets on the first Thursday of the month from 9:30 – 10:30am. Our next meeting is December 5. Coffee, tea, and breakfast treats are provided. Newcomers are always welcome. For our December meeting, we will read “Master and Commander” by Patrick O’Brian. Book Club for Adults is for adults 18+ only. Note: The book listed for each month is the book we will discuss at the meeting.
MOVIE CLUB FOR ADULTS: FEATURING THE CLASSICS
Watch a movie at the library with snacks and drinks. November’s movie is Some Like It Hot (1959). Join us in the Lower Level at 6-8:15pm on Wednesdays, September 4, October 30, and November 20. Movie Club for Adults is for adults 18+ only.
